The aero-space giant needed a campaign to drive women applicants for STEM/Tech, like-wise roles. Thus, I developed a manifesto titled Success is for everyone was built to address this ask with empathy and encouragement. Lack of enteries, for the sole fact that women aren't seen in such roles, needed an action triggering message-and so a print campaign titled A Woman's Job was crafted to change its very narrative.
The Impact
The campaign was transalated into impactful poster ads, billboards, and testimonial films supported by a storyboard and script resonating with the target demographic, aimed to spark conversation and action. The pitch reached the final round of bids, setting the stage for meaningful change.
