To help Bold Idea, a Dallas-based NGO, focused on equipping students with 21st century skills such as computing and coding, better connect with sponsors, schools, and volunteers, I conducted a brand audit to uncover gaps between the after-school program and students, parents and teachers. Stressing on the idea of being Bold, I crafted a messaging that enourages them to be more than just their circumstance. From there, refined copy for website was developed with the concept all it takes is a Bold Idea. This aligned with their mission of empowering marginalized children through tech education.
The Impact
The revamped website and marketing materials now clearly convey Bold Idea’s mission, sparking greater community involvement. With a fresh UX design and focused messaging, their outreach efforts have taken a bold step forward.
